What to do if the rusty screw can’t be unscrewed?
I believe that many friends have encountered such a situation, that is, the rusty screws can not be unscrewed. Don’t worry. I’ll share some tips with you today. It’s easy to turn it on. No more brute force. Come and have a look!
Put coke directly on the rusty screw. After standing for a while, you will find that the screw can be easily unscrewed. This is because Coke contains carbonic acid and iron oxide, which can be removed by chemical reaction.
2. Alcohol + white vinegar + detergent
Add some water to the bottle, then pour in two bottles of alcohol, two bottles of white vinegar, two bottles of detergent, shake evenly. Pour some on the screws and let them stand for a few minutes, then turn them gently with a wrench. The rusty screws can be loosened immediately, and the screws can be removed easily.
3. Hit hard with a hammer
If the screw is rusty, do not use a wrench to tighten it hard, otherwise it will be difficult to screw it smoothly. You should use a spanner to screw the screw, and then use a hammer to knock the handle of the spanner. If you knock frequently, the rusty part in the spanner will be loose due to knocking. If you screw it again, it will be easier. Or you can directly knock the nut several times around, which will also loosen the nut and screw, making it easier to screw it off.
